Wensta Multivendor E-commerce Account Deletion Request:


Dear Wensta Users,


We value your privacy and are committed to providing you with control over your personal data. If you wish to request the deletion of your Wensta Multivendor E-commerce account and associated data, please follow these simple steps:

  1. 1. Open the Wensta Multivendor E-commerce  application on your device.
  2. 2. Navigate to the "Account" section from bottom navigation bar.
  3. 3. Look for the "Update Profile" option.
  4. 4. At the end of screen there will be button for delete account:


- The deletion process may take 30 business days to complete.


- Upon account deletion, your personal information, including User Name, Email, Country, City and DOB, will be permanently removed from our system.


- Certain data may be retained for 30 days for legal and audit purposes.
